Step aside turkey, we’re turning up the holiday heat with this high-protein, Questified Spicy Pork Tenderloin using Quest Spicy Cheddar Cheese Crackers—a brilliant combination of flavor and nutritional balance. With an out-of-this world blend of spicy and hearty proteins, it’s basically cheating!

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 F and place a cast iron skillet into the oven to preheat.
  2. Place the crushed crackers into a large shallow dish and stir in the fresh thyme.
  3. Coat the tenderloin in mustard and then roll in the crushed crackers until completely coated.
  4. Roast the tenderloin for 25-35 minutes and an internal temperature of 145 F in the thickest part of the pork.
  5. Let rest 10 minutes before cutting into 12 slices and serving.
