This is another most requested topic since a lot of you are asking about juices that are detoxifying and can boost weight loss. You might think that healthy juices tend to be on the bitter side but that’s not true! Nutrient-dense juices can be yummy too.
In this video, I’ve shared three of my all-time favorite juices:
The first juice includes lemon, peppermint, zucchini, kombucha, and cucumber. Mix it together or blend it with crushed ice for an amazing summer drink. It tastes really refreshing and is a really good antioxidant.
The second juice is what I call my “Inflammation Fighter” since it is really good for those with inflammation issues. It’s composed of inflammation-fighting ingredients such as turmeric powder, ginger, carrots, lemon juice, and cantaloupe. It’s my go-to drink in the morning as it gives me energy and refreshes me well.
The third juice is full of vitamins and minerals that will keep your immune system in check. It’s good for every part of your body. You’ll feel more energy and look younger with this juice. I try to drink this every day or as much as I can. This juice is loaded with Celery, Spinach, Kale, Lemon, Cilantro, and Mint.
