It is a combination of 4 exercise including two low intensity and two high intensity
its a part of functional training
functional training is a neuromuscular coordination
u can do this workout at home or park
need to do atleast 4 rounds of this workout with break
i will suggest please do dynamic stretches before workout and static stretches after workout
this workout will increase overall muscle strength and endurance
basically this fat loss workout is for intermediate level
u can increase or decrease ur repetitions and rounds according to ur fitness level
if u will do this workout properly u will get better results.
