Ingredients

COOKIES & CREAM MUFFINS

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and prepare a muffin pan with 8 liners.
  2. In a mixing bowl, stir together the almond flour, sweetener, protein powder, coconut flour, baking powder and salt.
  3. Add in the melted butter, eggs and milk and whisk until smooth.
  4. Distribute the batter between the cupcake liners
  5. cut the Hero Bar into small pieces and place them into a food processor or nutribullet and blend until fine crumbs form.
  6. Sprinkle the crumbs over the batter in the liners and bake for 18-22 minutes or until a tooth pick comes out clean.
  7. Let cool and serve!
