Ingredients

Method

  1. Unwrap the bars and place them beside each other on a piece of parchment paper andmicrowave for 8 seconds.
  2. Top with another piece of parchment and use a rolling pin to roll flat and create one large piece.
  3. Place the parchment paper and flattened bars onto a baking sheet and bake at 350 F for 5 minutes. Let cool.
  4. Place the chocolate chips and coconut oil into a medium sized heat proof bowl over a small pot of simmering water.
  5. Stir until melted. Spread ¾ of the chocolate over the baked bars.
  6. Break the pretzels into small pieces and chop the apple into ½ inch cubes and sprinkles over the chocolate.
  7. Drizzle the remaining chocolate over the apples and pretzels and chill until solid. Cut in 12 evenly sized pieces and serve.
