My FAT BURNING Almond Butter Cup Smoothie Recipe! [Intermittent Fasting Smoothie Recipe]
Today I’m sharing my super simple and delicious Almond Butter Cup Smoothie recipe. This is featured from my Complete Intermittent Fasting Program (linked above) and is an amazing, satiating option to break an Intermittent Fast with.

Almond Butter Cup Smoothie
Serves 1
Ingredients:
10 oz. unsweetened coconut milk (from a carton or homemade) or almond milk
1 scoop organic vanilla protein OR 1 cup unsweetened full-fat greek yogurt
1/2 frozen banana
1 Tbsp. almond or peanut butter
1 Tbsp. flax seeds, ground
1 Tbsp. coconut butter
1 tsp. maca
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Top with 1-2 Tbsp. cacao nibs (or unsweetened coconut flakes)

1. Blend until smooth.
