  • 2 cups shredded chicken breast (about 12oz)
  • ½ cup bbq sauce (sugar free)
  • 1 ½ cup chopped red cabbage
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¾ cup monterey jack cheese
  • ¾ cup sharp cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup blue cheese crumbles
  • 2 bags Quest BBQ Cheddar Chips (1 bag finely crushed and 1 bag broken into small pieces)


  1. Preheat the oven to 375ºF and prepare a casserole dish with non-stick spray.
  2. In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken breast, bbq sauce, cabbage, bacon, spices, and halfof the cheese and 1 bag of finely crushed bbq chips and place the mixture into the dish.
  3. Top with the remaining cheeses.
  4. Bake for 10-13 minutes and the cheese is bubbly.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining chips before serving.
