Here’s a Weight Loss workout created for Beginners – people that haven’t worked out in a long time or haven’t exercised at all!
The exercises are all body-weight and are not difficult. The recovery time between exercise is quite generous – which makes this an easy home routine to do to burn calories, burn fat and lose weight!
