Oatmeal Cinnamon Drink

Serving – 2

INGREDIENTS
Rolled oats – 60 grams
Cinnamon – 1 teaspoon
Honey – 1 tablespoon
Water – 450 milliliters
Oats – for garnish

PREPARATION
In a blender, add 60 grams rolled oats, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1 tablespoon honey and 450 milliliters water.
Blend it to smooth consistency.
Strain the prepared drink in a bowl, using a strainer.
Pour it a glass.
Garnish it with oats.
Serve.

Mean Green Smoothie

Serving – 2

INGREDIENTS
Spinach – 40 grams
Broccoli stalks – 42 grams
Carrot – 65 grams
Grapes – 75 grams
Mint leaves – 10 -12
Lemon juice – 1 teaspoon
Water – 500 milliliters

PRPARATION
In a blender, add 40 grams spinach, 42 grams broccoli stalks, 65 grams carrot, 75 grams grapes, 10 -12 mint leaves, 1 teaspoon lemon juice and 500 milliliters water .
Blend it to a smooth consistency.
Strain the prepared smoothie in a bowl, using a strainer.
Pour it a glass.
Serve.

Fruit Infused Tea

Serving – 3

INGREDIENTS
Water -350 milliliters
Chamomile tea bags – 2
Orange – 50 grams
Blueberries – 60 grams
Ginger – 10 grams
Mint leaves – 8 -10 grams
Orange slices – for garnish
Blue berries – for garnish
Mint leaves – for garnish

PREPARATION
In a pan, add 350 milliliters water.
Bring it to boil.
Now, add 2 chamomile tea bags, 50 grams orange, 60 grams blueberries, 10 grams ginger and 8-10 mint leaves.
Mix it well.
Cook for 2-3 minutes on moderate heat.
Now strain the tea in a jar.
Now take a cup, add orange slice, some blueberries and mint leaves.
Pour the prepared tea over it.
Serve warm.

Ginger & Litchi Lemonade

INGREDIENTS
Grapes – 100 grams
Ginger – 1 tablespoon
Mint leaves – 10
Chia seeds – 1 tablespoon
Litchi juice – 200 milliliters
Ice cubes
Mint leaves – for garnish

PREPARATION
In a blender, add 100 grams grapes, 1 tablespoon ginger, 10 mint leaves, 1 tablespoon chia seeds and 200. Milliliters litchi juice.
Blend it to a smooth consistency.
Now, take a glass, add some ice cubes and pour the prepared juice in it.
Garnish it with mint leaves.
Serve.
