The Duchess of Cambridge took time out of her busy schedule to play a quick game of tennis with US Open champion Emma Raducanu and fellow British US Open champions Joe Salisbury (winner of the men’s doubles) along with Gordon Reid and Alfie Hewett (winners of the men’s wheelchair doubles) to celebrate their recent wins.

The event, dubbed The Homecoming, was hosted by Lawn Tennis Association (LTA) Youth — a program in Great Britain that helps children and teens play tennis — at their National Tennis Center in London. The duchess has been a benefactor to LTA since 2017.

Besides the duchess celebrating their incredible achievements, the players were also impressed by her tennis skills. Raducanu told, British television channel, ITV that she was “very, very impressed” with the Duchess of Cambridge’s tennis abilities. “Her forehand is incredible. It was a lot of fun to play tennis with the duchess.”

Since winning the US Open earlier this month, Emma has been busy celebrating and attending various events, including the Met Gala.
