There’s hardly a better tasting combo than white chocolate and pistachios. It’s like a celebrity marriage we all love and enjoy. Lucky for you we’re here with another mouthwatering dessert recipe that’s delicious for everyone in the household. Rather than drone on about how good they are, we’ll let you find out for yourself!

  • 2 Quest White Chocolate Raspberry Bars
  • 1 Scoop Quest Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 2 tbsp pistachios, shells removed
  • 2.5oz Greek yogurt cream cheese, room temp
  • 1/2 cup sugar free white chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp crushed pistachios for topping


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Chop the Quest bars into small pieces and place them on the baking sheet.
  3. Bake for 5 minutes and golden brown. Let the pieces cool completely.
  4. Place the Quest bar pieces, protein powder, pistachios and 1 tbsp of the white chocolate chips into a food processor or blender and blend until well combined.
  5. Add in the cream cheese and pulse until wet crumbles form and stick together.
  6. Separate the mixture into 12 evenly sized balls and place them on a pan lined with parchment paper.
  7. Chill while you melt and prepare your white chocolate.
  8. Melt the white chocolate chips and coconut oil together until smooth in 15 second increments in the microwave, stirring between each.
  9. Dip each truffle into the chocolate until completely covered using a fork.
  10. Let the excess chocolate drip off and then return the truffle back to the baking sheet.
  11. Top with crushed pistachios and chill until chocolate is solid.
