This is a full body workout. This workout is simple and easy to follow. Is quick and effective for busy people. It also has modification on top of each break session. Remember we are all different, so are our levels of fitness.
Please take longer break whenever you need to. Make sure you warm up and cool down. Sweat, have fun and lose weight.
