I have never found a tool as powerful as EFT, the Emotional Freedom Technique, sometimes just called tapping, for helping people rapidly release emotional and sometimes physical pain, unwanted habits and patterns, and beliefs that keep you stuck.
I even helped my mother through tapping dramatically decrease the pain in her leg, and she is such a skeptic of these alternative techniques.
For me, tapping on those acupressure points daily takes my spiritual practices from my head to my heart.
I include a round or two of tapping in my coaching sessions, unless a client specifically asks me to not go there.
I tap on myself every day, as regularly as brushing my teeth. It is my way of starting the day off energetically fresh, closing the day with stress relief and forgiveness, and bringing healing to anything that needs attention.
Doing the process has helped me quickly release the pain of a bee sting within thirty seconds, get rid of a headache, and even gradually work through deep seated issues, such as grief, low self-esteem, and depression.
And the miracles I have seen in my clients over my twenty five year practice never fail to amaze me.
Tapping along to videos can be quite helpful, but nothing like a private session with a trained, experienced facilitator.
