This 30 minute metabolic workout is designed to help promote weight loss whilst strengthening and shaping your body.

Now the dreaded 🤒MAN-FLU 🤒got me again this week, so this session was a bit of a tough cookie to crack, however, I did not want you to miss a week and got through it in the end 🙃

You will be working all the way throughout the session, 40 seconds walking intervals on the spot followed by 20 seconds active recovery! Let’s get those endorphins flowing and achieve those movement goals together! You are allowed to sing to the music throughout the session should you wish 🥳

It targets the entire body from a standing position, making it easier to get through. It’s a no jumping workout that won’t require a lot of space so it’s 100% apartment / flat friendly.
