Welcome to my new Weight Loss Workout Series called TRANSFORM (PHASE THREE)

Join me for this 30 minute upper body strength workout using dumbbell weights. This at home weighted workout starts with a warm up, moves through three different trisets targeting arms, shoulders, back and chest and ends with a quick cool down stretch.

Today’s session is a 30 minute UPPER BODY Workout program which will test you, in a nice way of course.

This 30 min upper body workout with dumbbells is going to leave your muscles burning! Follow along with me in this 30 min upper body dumbbell workout that is designed to help you build muscle and strength! Grab a pair of dumbbells that is heavy enough to challenge yourself but not too heavy that you cant complete without failing. The goal is to really feel your muscles burning and almost failing at the end of each set. Grab your mat and dumbbells and lets go!

The session can be used as a stand alone workout or as part of the full TRANSFORM Weight Loss Series. This new serious is designed to help promote weight loss while strengthening and shaping your body at the same time.

The workout can be carried out using body weight only or better still add dumbbells for the extra burn 🔥🔥🔥 Let’s do it!

I will be using 5kg and 3kg dumbbells throughout the session.

The session is suitable for Beginner’s up to Advanced levels and remember to go at your own pace and range of motion.
