It also aids digestion. It is important to note that the first two smoothies were blended with water and the third was with a plant-based milk alternative, also unsweetened. This milk alternative will prevent bloating and is gut-friendly.
The third smoothie (oat smoothie) is particularly very filling and can serve as a meal alternative. The first two also can be used as a meal alternative, but I usually snack after. The first two can also be used to detox, they are low caloric and almost 75% water.
