Join certified personal trainer Rachel McClusky for a beginner’s 30-minute sculpt and stretch class that will make you feel rejuvenated and ready to take on your day. You’ll begin with some deep breaths and a warmup before moving on to lateral lunge pulses, sumo squats, arm pulses, and so much more. As you move through the circuits, you’ll get some stretching in as you go.
