- Line a 8×4 loaf pan with parchment paper or wax paper.
- Add the heavy cream, butter and sweetener to a sauce pan over medium heat.
- Simmer for 12-15 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in the chocolate.

- Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan.
