- BBQ Sauce: Mix the BBQ sauce with some water to thin it.
- Season the chicken with salt, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Dredging Stations: Next, combine the egg and egg white in a bowl and the breadcrumbs, panko, and cayenne in another.
- Bread the Chicken: Then, dip the chicken strips into the egg wash and then the breadcrumbs, shaking off the excess. Place them in a large dish and spray both sides with oil.
