BURN FAT & SCULPT YOUR BODY with this 30 minute home workout! This is a FULL BODY low impact HIIT which you can use at home to burn calories and tone your muscles.
This workout is packed with fun bodyweight compound moves that will keep you going, helping you burn body fat and get lean muscles!
The session consists of 10 exercises, the first 5 we will concentrate on full body and then the last 5 exercises will be carried out on the floor where we work our core ….. In a nice way ofcourse.
Try this 30 min home workout and reshape your entire body! Get slimmer and leaner by promoting fat loss & toning the entire body.
The goal is to do each 40 second exercise at a pace that is challenging for you. Feeling a little out of breath after a round is a sign that you challenged yourself.

This is a cardio workout so drink water during breaks to stay hydrated. Also, for safety, clear the area and tape down or move rugs to the side.
