This is week 4 of my weight loss adventure and it was a pleasant surprise added to the previous week. Everyone is noticing changes in more ways than one.
In order to get started I had to have a very specific plan in order to succeed. Without vitamins and electrolytes this would’ve been a complete failure with possible complications. Since completing this 5-day-24 hour fasting and intermittent fasting process I’m able to walk, exercise and carry on a more functional lifestyle. The next step will be discussed in follow up videos to come. My weight started at 435-430ish and now I’m below 380 pounds. π€―
