Join me for this 30 Min LOW IMPACT CARDIO WORKOUT and let’s burn some calories whilst we move to the disco beat with this steady state, at home cardio session! This is a full body cardio workout that you can use to help strengthen and shape your body whilst promoting weight loss.

It’s knee friendly, all standing low impact walking workout and it requires absolutely no equipment! However, should you wish to up the anti then try adding some light dumbbells into the session.

This is a great weight loss workout as it doesn’t require a lot of energy to perform, but still burns calories and will help you increase your caloric deficit.
