Silly us, we thought we’d enjoyed Quest frosted cookies in every possible way. Little did we know that there was frosted cookie toffee bark in our future. This delicious treat takes a very chewy frosted cookie, combines it with the very tempting taste of toffee, and, voila, extremely biteable bark is born!

Ingredients

QUESTIFIED FROSTED COOKIE TOFFEE BARK

  • 5 tbsp butter
  • ¾ cup pecans, chopped
  • 6 tbsp heavy cream
  • ⅓ cup zero calorie sweetener
  • ⅛ tsp sea salt
  • 8 oz chocolate (2 sugar free chocolate bars, chopped)
  • 1 Quest Chocolate Frosted Cookie, chopped

Method

  1. Line a baking sheet with wax paper. Place the butter and pecans into a pot over mediumlow heat. Cook for 23 minutes and pecans are toasted.
  2. Mix in the heavy cream, sweetener and salt. Once the mixture starts to bubble, reduce the heat to low and let simmer for 710 minutes. The mixture will thicken.
  3. Meanwhile, melt the chocolate in a microwave safe dish. Spread half of the chocolate in a thin layer over the wax paper. Chill in the refrigerator for 5 minutes.
  4. Spread the toffee mixture over the chocolate in an even layer.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for 5 minutes before spreading the remaining chocolate over the toffee layer (you can pop it back in the microwave for a few
    seconds to rewarm if needed).
  6. Top the chocolate with chopped Quest Frosted Cookie crumbles and then place in the refrigerator to chill for at least one hour. Break into 20 pieces and serve.
