I will usually drink one every day or atleast every other day and I never get tired of it. It is so refreshing and especially in the summer on a hot day it will hit the spot.
You can modify the recipe any way you like to fit your smoothie machine or your taste. You do need to have a fairly high powered blender to crush up the seeds to digest them and your body can process them much better than if whole. Plus from my research if you buy the powdered flax seed or powdered chia seeds it is not as good as the whole.
Recipe:
1 small banana or half of a whole one
5-6 Ice Cubes
1/4 cup greek yogurt
1/4 tsp Chia Seeds
1/8 tsp Matcha Tea Powder
1/2 tsp Flax Seeds
1/8 tsp Vanilla
1/3 cup Blueberries
1 Cup of Water
Blend all together for 60 Seconds to get your smoothie consistency you are looking for.
