papaya contains an enzyme called papain, which is good for digestion. papaya is rich in antioxidants and is a fibrous fruit that helps in burning fat/losing weight and in detoxification.
Ingredients
papaya, chopped- 2 cups
Banana, peeled & sliced – 1water- 1/2 to 1 cup
Non-fat Greek plain yogurt – 2 tbsp (for creaminess)
Raw honey – 1 tbsp, or sweetener of choice
Place everything in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy
