● Low Calorie garlic chicken Stir Fry( 450-480 cal):
– 150 grams of chicken breast or tenders ( cut into small pieces) (5,5 ounces)
– 70 grams of Noodles (2.5 ounces)
– Vegetable of your choice ( green beans, broccoli, ect), about 1/4 cup
– 2 small cloves of garlic
– Soy Sauce
– 1/2 tsp finely grated ginger( OPTIONAL)
– 1 tsp of Oil
– Chopped spring onions
● Low Calorie Burrito( 400-460 calories)
– 1 large tortilla
– 2 Eggs
– 20 grams cream cheese (about 1 tbsp)
– 1 slice of cheese ( or about 20 grams shreeded cheese)
– Tomatoes and onion
● Low Calorie One Pan Roast (450-480 calories)
– 200-220 grams of skinless & boneless chicken thighs (7-8 ounces)
– 150 grams of Potatoes ( around 1 large potato)
– 100-120 grams green beans ( 4-4.5 ounces)
– 6-7 cherry tomatoes
– 2 cloves of garlic
– Olive oil( check quantity on website)
salt
– Black Pepper
– Rosemary and any other herbs of your choice.
