Method
- Cut the bars lengthwise and place them in the bottom of a 6×6” pan.
- Stir together the gelatin, protein, sweetener and water.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and sour cream. Add in the gelatin mixture.
- Beat using a hand mixer until smooth.
- Transfer the mixture to the pan in an even layer. Chill for 1 hour.
- Cut into 12 pieces.
- Melt chocolate and drizzle over bites. Chill until solid. Serve.
