Ingredients
CHOCOLATE COVERED APPLE SLICES
- 2 medium granny smith apples
- 6oz (about ¾ cup) sugar free chocolate chips
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1 package Quest Peanut Butter Cups
Method
- Wash and dry apples. Slice apples thinly, about ¼” in thickness and remove seeds.
- Cut the skin from the bottoms and insert a lollipop stick into the center or omit if you don’t have lollipop sticks.
- In a microwave safe bowl, melt the chocolate and coconut oil together until smooth.
- Use a spoon to cover one side of each slice in chocolate, scrape off excess chocolate and place the chocolate covered apples on a baking dish lined with parchment paper.
- Chop the peanut butter cups into small pieces and sprinkle over chocolate. Chill until chocolate is solid and serve.
