The answer is quite often something to do with brownies. And here we are. Another extremely delicious use for Quest Dipped Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Bars. File this one under “D” for decadent. “P” for pie works as well. Totally up to you.

Ingredients
CHOCOLATE BROWNIE PIE
Crust:
- 1 ⅓ cup almond flour
- 2 tsp coconut flour
- 2 tbsp cold butter, chopped
- 2 tsp cold water
Brownie:
Method
- Preheat the oven to 350 F and prepare a 9” round pan with non-stick spray.
- Place the crust ingredients into a food processor and blend until a dough starts to come together.
- Press the dough evenly into the pan and up the sides.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes and slightly golden brown.
- Meanwhile, in a mixing bowl, stir together the almond flour, cocoa powder, protein, sweetener and salt.
- In another bowl (microwave safe) place the Quest Bar and almond milk and cook on high for 1 minute or until hot and then stir until smooth.
- Add in the chocolate chips, let sit for 1 minute and then stir smooth. Let cool slightly before whisking in the eggs, butter and vanilla.
- Finally add in the dry ingredients and use a rubber spatula to stir until a batter comes together and no dry spots remain.
- Transfer to the crust and bake for an additional 23-25 minutes.
- Let the brownie cool completely before cutting into 10 pieces and serving.
