- 1 Quest 4-Cheese Pizza
- 1/2 cup marinated artichokes, drained and roughly chopped
- 2 oz crumbled goat cheese
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved (about 7 tomatoes)
- Crushed red pepper
- 1 cup arugula (tossed in 1 tbsp lemon juice)
Method
- Preheat the oven to 400F.
- Place the pizza in the center of a baking sheet.
- Top the pizza with artichokes, crumbled goat cheese and cherry tomatoes.
